Disable left/right click all together.

As the title says, if we had the ability to disable left and right clicking all together, that would be great. (stop things like ender pearls, items from mods like wrenches, etc).

For some reason i feel like this is already possible, as all right click events have corresponding flags. I'll double check, but this is just a config thing.

This really should be possible by just setting interact =false, but it might not work for disabling items if you're not looking at a block. I'll double check and add an air flag if i need to

Please be aware that many of the open issues may be closed soon, in preparation of the beta release of FoxGuard 2.0. We have not yet determined if we are going to create a new repo, or use the current one, however, if we use the current one, this issue will be closed.

If the issue occurs again at a later date in FoxGuard 2.0, please make a new issue and reference this one.
