v0.3: Wands and glowy highlights.

Client now highlights selected blocks.
Using /foxguard wand now gives you a position selection wand.
Currently not working due to a problem with the sponge data API.
When it works...
Use Right click to add a position.
Use left click to remove a position.
If the same position is selected multiple times, left click will remove the last instance added.
