dependency updates & eslint:all #25

Changes:

all dependency versions updated to the latest, except vee-validate which v3 has some breaking changes
Eslint is set to eslint:all with some easements
babel.config.js is deleted and all config moved to package.json
build.sh simple wrapper to produce a ZIP archive
npm run lint doesn't do the changed, i.e. --fix is skipped
TODO: Eslint ignores tests at the moment ("ignorePatterns": ["tests/**/*.js"],)
