[6.5.0.13] IE 11 Not Functional #27

Hi,

On the latest 6.5 release the end-user-ui is unresponsive in IE 11 even though IE 11 is listed as a supported browser.

The background loads but the sign in box never loads, and it never redirects to AM.

All of this works on Chrome/Safari/Firefox.
