fondo_web was down after multiple requesting for an external script looking for vulnerabilities

Check fail2ban for managing ip black list and another things. This link could be useful: mariusv/nginx-badbot-blocker#157

fail2ban has been installed in dev server to test the behavior of fail2ban with docker containers. If it seems to work, the jail and filters should be added in devops proj when the environment is mounted, also it will be necessary to add fail2ban into the installed libraries.
