Keep an extra overflow menu at the beginning to handle selected tab visibility

Feature proposal

The visibility of the selected tab when is part of the overflow menu was handled in #13. The solution is really helpful but I was thinking if it would be possible to mantain the original order of the tabs and scroll the tabs horizontally to always have the selected tab visible as done in Vaadin Tabs component. If the selected one is not visible, scroll until it is and keep an extra overflow menu at the beginning of the tabs list to move there all the tabs that are not going to be visible because of the scrolling. Not sure if it would be a good UX though.
