Describe the bug
The bug produces a black screenin which you can read the following:
Error during startup: 0xC8804465

Description: Archive:: init failed

Happens on current and old versions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Home'
Click on 'PKSM'
Expected behavior
I expect PKSM to begin to load the preview page in which you can select the game you are going to modify
