目前这个launcher文件是指FATE/examples/launchers路径下的轻量化建模启动工具。
请问可不可以写一个launcher，这个launcher的目的是想将本地数据转成dataframe之后，将数据进行一些修改后再存回本地？

Launcher应该是FATE提供的调用FATE-ML库的一种轻量化建模启动工具，这里说的用launcher实现读取数据是希望到达什么效果呢？Examples的launchers示例应该是先将本地数据转成FATE内容的数据结构DataFrame后，再给到相关的算法实例去运行。
