There is no real problem, this would just be an enhancement to the current system.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the in game sounds overhauled a bit. They are at different levels, and some like "Drivers pick up your controllers" the "pick" has a plosive in it. The 3 alarms before that are also louder than the speaker after it. Some things being louder than others I understand to a degree, but I think we could just have better and cleaner game sounds.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I do not have any alternatives, I would actually advocate for the game sounds remaining similar as players are used to those sounds, but just cleaning them up and making them sound better, and closer to each other in levels.

I also think the post match animation sound is way too loud. I have to constantly drop my volume from 100% down to 15% to have it sound at about the same level.
Late to the party here, but FWIW the Endgame Whistle changes volume in the middle of the sound playback.
I'm sure we could sit here all day and level the sound files themselves in audacity, but it doesn't really change the fact that the files are just old and low quality anyway, so I agree that an overhaul is needed.
