Whisker UI enhancement

There are lot's of little UI tweaks in the whisker sensor. But not super urgent

Dots don't quite match up

Bottom panel isn't part of the texture so scales oddly.

Perhaps the dots and green bar should all be in HBOX and then we change the texture of the dot elements rather than hiding them. Because our placement is always going to be slightly off.
