Insert tags quantity

I'm wondering if you all would agree on inserting the tags quantity. Ideally in the basesection.py level, but for now at this level

The functionality for it is already implemented on the basesection level so the users can already add a tags quantity anywhere. But you mean that we would force it in on the SampleDeposition level?

what I mean is adding it in BaseSection together to name, lab_id, datetime, so it can be readily used
