Should all voltage settings be set with NXenvironment + NXsensor + NXactuator

As we refactored a lot of fields to use NXenvironment + NXsensor + NXactuator base classes the question remains whether we should introduce this as a general concept for all settings and readouts (see discussion here).

Pro: It's more consistent and contains more information.
Cons: It's a more complex notation.

Another point that was discussed already that I keep here for reference: Should there be a calibration/resolution documented with each of these values?
