Decentralized Database for ethoFS.

Explain in detail what your suggestion is:

We've spoken about numerous times about creating a fork of Orbit-DB but haven't had time to work on it.

I think we should look into creating a bounty for it, I'd be willing to put up between 5-10K ETHO on it if we plan to bounty it. @Dev-JamesR Do we want to Out-source it or would you prefer to do it inhouse?
