where are you installing jax cuda version? I had it added here

so having done other setup, any local pip installs aren't used, but instead it uses what is in bazel which is defined here:

https://github.com/EnzymeAD/Enzyme-JAX/blob/main/builddeps/test-requirements.txt and

Enzyme-JAX/test/BUILD
