This is my attempt at fixing #136. It looks like two of the tests were relying on the previous behavior. In the uri test, I think that the behavior in this PR is clearly the correct behavior, since it recognizes the host as an
IPV4ADDRESSwhere previously it gotREG-NAME.The telephone example is less clear. Based on my (untrained) reading I think the grammar is ambiguous, and both versions are correct.
