right now it only works for ALS 11.0.1.2 data, but bluesky integration or at least bluesky suitcase integration would be fantastic. Browsing by scans is powerful.

Added the NIST RSoXS browser .. I guess it is impossible to make a completely general bowser, because the dataformats are so different. I will leave this open for now, although i think it might be impossible.
