Yes, we have used it successfully to capture theta sweeps. I might omit the stationary state because it won't matter in this case.

Hi Eric,
Just a quick question. I noticed that to produce the results in your eLife paper, the environment.yml contains older versions of replay_trajectory_classification, ripple_detection, python (3.6.*) etc... Is it ok to use the latest version of these packages? Running conda env create -f environment.yml gives me conflicts below:

If you want to reproduce the results of the paper with the code, then the environment it gives you will be the best shot at everything working together. There have been certain changes to the packages since the publication of the paper, but if you plan on using just the decoding for example, then the latest version of replay_trajectory_classification should give you what you want.

I would also recommend using mamba instead of conda for installation of environments because it tends to be better at resolving the dependencies and is faster.
