CEDA-JASMIN central installation now supports module loading latest version **and** previous stable version

Thanks to @agstephens and my work, we now have two available central installations for ESMValTool on JASMIN, namely the (always) latest stable, but also the one before that, see eg avialable modules and more info using module spider 🕷️

[valeriu@sci2 ~]$ module spider esmvaltool

Great job, @valeriupredoi! I've requested the same at DKRZ, hopefully we get the newest version on Levante soon as well. It's nice for our users to have access to all these previous versions 👍 This can ease debugging when recipes no longer run with latest releases.
