Should we have a KernelAbstractions.jl example?

Do you think it's relevant or should we stick to the previous vendor-specific examples for the GPU part? I have the vadd! and also the laplacian/heat equation written with KA in my webinar notebook.

@ffrancesco94 if you can manage it before the workshop and do not take too much effort, please do it and we (or the instructors) can mention this package durning the workshop.
