In general, they need more examples too.

Would it be possible to have an exhaustive list of every possible code to
run in the standard workflow manager? And also what each example does?

Then also a list of things you can't do in the workflow manager?

I think something like this would help anonymous person "A" who want's to
extract intervals using the but doesn't want to read the full documentation
to understand how to do it.
