colorPicker does not open on second click #251

Reproduce:

open CP by clicking on the holder circle
close CP by clicking on the same circle, NOT elsewhere
try open it again with the holder, the CP does not open

current solution: click somewhere else, than on the circle again, and the color-picker opens again
would be nice to have the second click opening as well
