Size element differs in different languages (EU -> RU)

Hello Team,

We've found an issue with editor differences in EU and RU languages. The difference is in size element EU and RU versions - options for "Fixed" and "Fit to text" are missing in RU version.

Fixed - Фикс.
Fit to text - Под текст
