Rare Item Data?

I just downloaded and setup EDMC last night and I think it's working for normal trading. However, it looks like the data source called out in the setup guide (eddblink) doesn't have data in RateItem.csv, I'm assuming that file contains the rare item data. My main use for EDMC was going to be to figure out some stuff with rare commodities.

Any rare commands I run all return "ERROR: No items found."
