The unique ID parameter
m_idin the element RFCavity.H does not appear to be set correctly if a lattice contains a sequence of RF cavities with distinct field inputs. This PR addresses this problem, using the same strategy used in SoftSol.H and SoftQuad.H. This closes Issue #764 .
