Add simple binning to the assembly pipeline:

Install bbmap tool
Install MetaBat
See if we can get QC files from metaspades
map sequences to assembly, CWL implementation
metabat CWL implementation
Investigate MaxBins and MetaWatt
Should we use CheckM or something similar to assess quality?
