Binary name should be dynatrace-otel-collector #58

The Binary name in the build artifacts of the collector is dynatrace-otel-collector (downloaded from https://github.com/Dynatrace/dynatrace-otel-collector/actions/runs/6097348011).

When running the binary, the help text displays otelcol-dynatrace as the executable name

This might not be very clear for the end user.

It would be good to have the same name all over the place.
