Please make a theme with the old color scheme or at least make that possible to configure it. #251

Hi @AnnaGrabetskaia We also have plan to support a light theme versus the current dark one (similar to the Revit light theme before), would that work for you instead of the legacy UI? |
Hi, @QilongTang Thanks for your answer, this will definitely solve my problem. As far as I understand, the dark theme is more suitable for people who work in the dark with artificial lighting. But I mostly work during daylight hours, so I would definitely prefer a light theme. I hope that the Dynamo team will be able to implement this in the next version. |
A light theme, that is optimized for Books and Handouts (in general for printing) would be nice. If you like, you can help your marketing department and publish that as environment friendly Dynamo version. |
@AnnaGrabetskaia @Thomas84 we have work scheduled for the end of this year on "Design Tokens" which will allow us to do this easily 😊 It will mean we can centrally set colors on the Dynamo UI. |
Please make it possible to configure it in DynamoColorsAndBrushes.xaml. Now the naming of the color says nothing about what the interface element is using it. My eyes are bleeding because of these modern black-on-black nodes. But I can't configure their colors.
I prefer the old interface so much, that I can't force myself to use the new version because of the changes in it :'(
