[BUG]API returning empty or no data for existing user accounts

Describe the bug
When hitting the endpoint for user, it returns no data for known user accounts frequently

Just now tried it on someone I randomly saw in the PU and its saying "cannot process request"

Other times it returns an empty dict of data: {}

To Reproduce
Code causing the bug:

    response = requests.get("https://api.starcitizen-api.com/%s/v1/live/user/Druitt" % os.getenv("api_key")).json()
    print(response)

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
You would get lovely, usable data

See #6 for more details on this. We don't know why its happening, but the last data we collected on it says this is fairly limited to certain times of day. If you are looking for alternative sources for certain kinds of information, feel free to say here or in the support Discord and I can suggest alternatives.
