Need to figure out how to actually get gradle to recognize the mappings jars.
This does not generate `.pom` files, but gets gradle to see them.
Due to build system limitations, `$side` is at the end, rather than where it should be. Also, `build.$gitrev` shows 0, for reasons I'm not good enough at java to explain.
