AMD cards not show work

Describe the bug
After running the bat file for dual mining zilliqa, the miner hangs on the initialization of AMD cards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run bat file on windows 10 with amd cards
   [C:\zilminer-0.1.25\zilminer.exe --pow-start stop.bat --pow-end start.bat -G --cl-devices 0 1 2 3 4 --HWMON 2 -P zil://[email protected]:4202 --clear-dag]

Expected behavior
I expected to start mining, but a hundred blocks passed and nothing started. Hashrate and current card status is not displayed.

• zilminer [0.1.25-1+commit.4f9884d0]
• zilminer options used

This happens only when you run miner with parameters
[--pow-start stop.bat --pow-end start.bat]

IT's zilliqa node, but now this node switch to remote mining on proxy http://pool.getzil.com:5000

i have the same issue with the latest release for windows 10, rx 580.
