OS: Win10
Drivers: Blockchain

When PoW started got following message:

Loading binary kernel [PATH to miner]\bin/kernels/ethash_fiji_lws128_exit.bin
Failed to load binary kernel: [PATH to miner]\bin/kernels/ethash_fiji_lws128_exit.bin
Falling back to OpenCL kernel...

On my R9 Fury card did not show failed with your config.
