QGC Firmware upgrade and config UX

This status output style for Firmware Upgrade is a hold over from when firmware upgrade was flaky and we wanted better access to the upgrade log output to easier see what was going wrong. Since we figured out why firmware upgrade was flaky (silicon problem) I never switched it away from the crappy ui. I'll put in an issue to change this ui in 3.3.

Here is how Firmware upgrade looks today on a modern laptop (https://youtu.be/J0MOD7PuJDs). Very much a developer experience, which is not bad, but probably something worth considering improving.

We had a more graphic version in older versions which were maybe too playful but provided more clear feedback and had a more suitable sizing.

Beatriz, is this something you would have time for to review the config screens and do a few wire frames with ideas?
