I had this iusse with all of the fillable pdf sheets that there is no option to put custumized items into eg marrits and flaws , since there is a lot of different stuff from the different editions of the game which is still useful and usable.

For example the Setithe merrit of addictive blood .. and set your own freebe costs , It may also be the case theat I simply wasnt able to find that option

It appears as though several people have reported wanting to add custom merits/flaws (or at least ones from earlier editions and clan specific ones).
I'll add this to additional creation features project.
