I find prefab pooling immensely useful for particle systems and many other things.

Chevy Ray has a very nice version of it. Let me know if we already have this or if anyone is opposed to me adding it.

I don't have any objection to doing this, but it feels like it's something that's going to require a bit of coordination to get everybody using it.

Let's leave this until our current integration effort is over and we tidy things up a bit (definitely continue discussion though!).
