Add common Fxx tempo patterns to Help

There's a very useful table containing common tempo values that you kinda have to dig around to find nowadays. It would be helpful to have it in the Help file somewhere. Either as a horizontal table (similar to the one for Exx) or as a "Useful" section, maybe.

Note: This table assumes a song's Tempo setting is left at its default value for the chosen engine speed -- 150 for NTSC, or 125 for PAL.
