Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a character sheet PDF that has an image form field. It's intended for the character's portrait. I can't fill it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to fill an image form field with an image from my server. Ideally, only those with the Browse File Explorer permission would be able to do this.
