Scan process list every 20 seconds or so to scan for games running on the system

This allows game statuses to function in Discord Messenger.

This feature will be opt-in (off by default).

DiscordMessenger will download a database (and cache it) from some website, for example https://discordmessenger.github.io/game_database.json, and the process list will be cross referenced with the game database to check if any game is running.

User can also have a local game list to which they add their games.

It is also possible to use Discord's official list of games, although older titles are often not found on there.
