The web and the app should offer the user the same list of languages to use.

It the user sets on the web to use 'español latino' but the app doesn't offer that choice, so the app falls back to use 'english' but in the language selector drop down field it is blank.

The language field is empty when a language has been selected on the web but doesn't have the same choice in the app.
