Publish production Owned-by-Oxford data to live Murmurations index servers

Problem

As per https://github.com/DigitalCommons/dotcoop-project/issues/70, we now have the facility to publish organisation data to the Murmurations network.

Although this is being done for the development ObO data, it is not yet being done for the production data as the production data is not yet ready, and it would require CAG's sign-off.

Solution

• Liaise with CAG and work out what can be published to the Murmurations network
• If this is different to what is currently published for the development dataset, correct that
• Get sign-of that this is working as intended
• Repeat the last two steps for the production dataset, when that is ready (this qualification added as it lags behind the development dataset)
