Deprecate data loading functionality used in OBO Airtable

Background:
The original implementation of the OBO Airtable system supported easy update of the CRM with data from other data sources supported by DCC, like DotCoop, ICA, Solidarity Oxford. The Airtable settup allowed the administrators to merge data from those sources with data they gathered and checked themselves. However the functionality is very fragile, has been broken for months and we have only one user using Airtable and they didn't value the functionality when it was working.

Action:
Remove any scripts etc that were used to update the data from the other sources.
Evaluate if there are any scripts that could also be dropped relating to how that imported data was merged into OBO curated data.
Evaluate if a once off merge with the OBO curated data could be done to simplify the table structure.
