Ensure the repopulation of the external data table on Airtable works safely and is documented.

Problem: The external data table in Airtable is linked (joined) into the Organisations table to allow it to to include data about organisations taken from other DCC datasets, like Co-ops UK. It has been imported once, however it needs occasional updates, and the scripts which does this is manual, and may need some coddling to get it to work properly. It needs to be run again, but the import was done long enough ago that the details of doing this safely (i.e. without breaking anything) are now fuzzy.

Solution: this process needs to be rediscovered and documented, and the update done again.

Comments: Ideally it would be less manual and fragile, but Airtable's API, UI and other constraints make this difficult. Making to would be nice to have.
