[DotCoop - Misc] Add ability to select a new co-op from a button within a dialog

Description

As a MM user, when I see the name of a co-op displayed in a dialog, I would like:

• to be able to click on the name be taken to its location on the map;
• and for its dialog to be opened;

Additional context
Currently no MMs display the name of other co-ops in a dialog. The first map to do this will be DotCoop after this Issue has been completed.
