hide featured images on tools pages, and excerpt

Pages need to show a different image in the feed to the one at the top of the page.

Also the page should not include the excerpt, which should also just be on the feed.

The feature image can already be disabled on the content by setting the template for the page to "No Feature Image". So we should do that on selccted pages.

I've removed the excerpt from the page on all templates which include it.
