Catch KeyInterrupt when solving and process partial solution

Gurobi by default supports a user interrupt during solving. In this case the best solution so far is used. However, in particular for HiGHS this is not the case, but could be added using callbacks. Since this feature is extensively used in our runs in practice it would be nice to add this for better open source support.
