Finding a bunch of "Not a Custom Format upgrade for existing episode file(s)" issues that have to be cleared manually.

Ideas on how to resolve?

Ahh before we get too much farther, I may know the issue. Is SDTV in your original list of Else qualities? If not, I added it... I have a number of older shows that are often only available in SDTV. I may need help tweaking things accordingly, to allow for upgrades from SDTV as they become available. Same with upgrades to 720p if 1080p is not available...

But for now, yeah SDTV was not in the allowed formats.

Currently implementing this for issue #35, but its not high on the todo list because 720p fallback is quite rare.
