The sidebar currently contains only the boilerplate code of "Hello Extension"

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a mock tree view functionality (with respect to the context of GeneratER)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Any vscode api that facilitate similar views on the sidebar can be explored
