Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of the issue regarding the missing GSSoC and Hacktoberfest banners on the README.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the README section on the GitHub repository.
  2. Scroll to the top or designated banner section.
  3. Observe that the GSSoC and Hacktoberfest banners are not present.

Expected behavior
The GSSoC and Hacktoberfest banners should be visible on the README, prominently displayed to show the project's involvement in these events.
