Description
When I did Submitted the poll request for the issue 104 adding statistics to the read me pre commit report caused an error or reported the PR incompatible The reason being Face.py, Video.py and Edit.py not being pep8 compatible. Clearly the bot isn't function the way it shud. The solution lies in altering the bot preferences to ignore some kind of files that don't require pep 8 compatibility And also form Defaulted files.
Expected Behavior
I expected the cold request to Green signal to my pr but the pre commit bot caused issue, which wasn't even related to the pull request
Current Behavior
If the files aren't formatted correctly and the bot preferences aren't set this is gonna cause a lot of trouble to other pull requests
Steps to Reproduce
Just try to commit a md file or any other file too
Environment
Not required
Possible Solution (if you have any in mind)
As described above, add gssoc and hactoerbfest label and i will sort it out.
