Currently both batch and live contraints are always validated, but we should validate only live constraints while typing in the editor.

Added code to differentiate between live and batch constraints. the
1b8937a 
latter are now only evaluated when resources are loaded for the first
time (i.e., not while editing resources). This is a partial fix for
EMFText GitHub issue #4.
