Lazy Chunk Mod

For simulating and debugging lazy chunks.

Current feature(s):

• itick freeze - freezes/unfreezes item ticking. Keeps video creation in mind, so this doesn't break animations (no jittering/glitchy animations like with tick freeze). Prevents the player from picking up items.
